A Monumental Gothic Revival Astronomical & Musical Automaton Clock, made 1923, with a 13-inch music movement by Paillard

The elaborate Gothic Revival carved walnut case modeled as a cathedral with spires, rose windows, columns, mythical heads and grape clusters, the center dial marks the hours and the lower dial with six hands marking the mean time at true noon, days of the week, the months, seasons and year, all of which are perpetual and no resetting necessary for days, months and year,

the movement with Westminster chimes on each quarter hour, followed by a monk in the top of the tower ringing the hours, the movement automatically sets the sun dial above in motion, from the platform below the outer doors open and a precession of Swiss canton couples emerge and return, then from the inner two doors the apostles emerge in front of the center door then the center door opens reveling Jesus with arms raised in benediction, then returns back in and the apostles reenter the tower,
